Not your typical Pilates studio
I opened my doors in 2021 to teach the Pilates method with a focus on quality over quantity.
The Serō student is interested in learning about their body - how to move it mindfully and how to move with ease at any age.
Serō is a small studio and has room for clients who are able to train within the community guidelines.
It’s important to me that you come to the studio when the time is right for you.

Information
Studio cancellation policy: 24 hours for all private and duet sessions and 12 hours for classes. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead of your session, your card on file will be charged or a session will be deducted from your package.
Observe studio etiquette: Shoes off, socks on, phones and smart watches on silent (please do not check them during your session unless previously discussed!) and no zippers on activewear.
Consistency is the goal. Practicing with consistency 1-2x a week helps you learn effectively and feel the difference in your body versus attending sporadically. I hold this space for you and I ask that you treat your recurring session time and me with respect and do not miss your standing session time. In the event of a studio closure, I will extend your package.
Please arrive no more than five minutes prior to your session to ensure you are set up and ready. The studio is small and has no lobby - if you are earlier than 5 minutes, please wait in your car or outside.

Serō is a place of movement, exercise and community. I take your time and efforts seriously.
Please note I only take on students when I know I’m the right fit and have space in my schedule.
I am currently in studio on Mondays from 1:30-7pm, Wednesdays from 1:30-7:00pm, and Fridays from 8:30am-2:00pm. If these hours are outside your availability, please reach out to the affiliated instructors and contact them directly to request a session with them or complete the form with the days and times you are available and I will refer you to an instructor.
You can complete this inquiry form and I will be in touch within 7 business day about my availability or you can book in to any available time on my calendar. Note that this form is for administrative purposes, you will be asked to complete a second form focusing on your medical and movement history when you start sessions.
