Small Group Classes
I keep sessions intentionally small to ensure each individual receives personalized cues and feedback as necessary.
Classes are mixed level builds and offer progressive sequences. Be prepared to move deliberately and find a deeper connection to your body. Variations can be made for students to keep the class challenging but accessible. This class uses reformer, tower, and chair depending on day. This class is not recommended for those with for those with active injuries (torn rotator cuff, sprained or broken body parts, etc) or who are pregnant beyond their second trimester or less than 12 weeks post-partum.
Due to the personalized nature of class, private sessions are recommended prior to joining a class but they are not necessary.
Grip socks are required during class. I have grip socks available for purchase in-studio.
How Booking Classes Works
Memberships hold a recurring class time for the duration of the package.
If you frequently travel or have commitments that keep you from regularly attending class, single sessions may be the best option for you.
The calendar opens 9 days in advance for new students and those on a drop in basis. I encourage you to use the waitlist feature in Vagaro if the class time you’d like to book is full.
What to Expect From Class
A class is a great way to cultivate a regular practice at a deliberate pace. Everyone will get a bit of what they need. That’s the perk of a small group over a large class.
